To Go Green, You Have to Go Brown!

Tallulah and Ler Moo helped this Friday afternoon with mixing our compost. A lot of our food scraps like apple cores, banana peels, and pumpkin scraps have decomposed into healthy fertilizer. It is getting to be time to contact Mr. Little so he can use it in the garden. You should try it at home!

  2. That's so cool. My friend Pippa (Ryan's friend, too) composts with worms...just like you guys are doing. I used to think worms are gross, but they're NOT!!!!

    We think the compost smelled putrid, horrible, and disgusting. It smelled like this because it was molding food. Thanks for commenting!

  7. Rotten food. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!! It smells even worse if it has dead worms too.
